We are so grateful that we’ve decided to give you the chance to taste our pasta
which is most definitely one of the best in the world.

Our pasta is made from the best Italian wheat grains, which have not undergone genetic alteration. We extrude it through bronze using the same extruders passed down through 5 generations and above all we dry it naturally, below 38°C, so as not to alter its nutritional values and ensure it won’t overcook and is always “al dente” .

That’s why we’re pleased to let you taste it. No one still makes pasta like this, like once upon a time, back in 1893, when the Pastificio Artigiano Fabbri was first established ❤
