Transportable grinder made of stone that was used in large-scale kitchens to grind various types of food (grain, oleaginous plants, corn etc.). We poured the grain into the central hole and, using the handle, powered the superior part of the grind that would crush the raw material. The flour so created came out from the hole below between the two stone cylinder and was collected with a scraper made of iron on a wooden pastry board.
