The perfect opportunity to discover the world of artisanal pasta.

During the visit, you will understand how a healthy and highly digestible pasta is produced which follows a production method passed down for 5 generations.

It will be an opportunity to bring back to life the habits of our grandparents, a cognitive and sensorial journey dedicated to the curious and passionate about the Italian culinary tradition.

The visit to the museum + pasta laboratory : from grinding to the creation of egg pasta thanks to the use of historic machines; explanation and practical demonstration of how gluten is made; difference between ancient grains and modern grains; difference between industrial pasta and artisanal pasta + visit to the production with machines from the 1950s + visit to the drying cells

The duration is 1 hour and the cost of the visit is 25 euros per person (free for children). Discount for groups of at least 10 people.

Visiting hours are from 9.00am to 5.00pm with last entry at 3.30pm

At the end of the visit, we will be happy to give you a package of pasta made with 100% Italian organic grains.

The visit can be done in Italian , English or French

If you are interested in purchasing additional pasta, we inform you that we do not sell directly to our pasta factory. However, you can find what you need both in the shops in Strada in Chianti and in the surrounding ones, each with their own opening hours.
