Come explore the treasures of the museum of Tuscan pasta and peasant life

A piece of history that allows us to relive a bit of our past, celebrated in our pasta production that has remained unchanged for more than 100 years.

The museum was created thanks to the love and passion of its founder Giovanni Fabbri

Its history began 125 years ago from a private collection which was then enriched thanks to various donations from our fellow citizens and acquisitions from the company owners.

Today the Museum is home to more than 400 items from the second half of the 1700s to the first half of the 1900s.

Your guide will take you upstairs, where our production takes place, carried out with original machines from the 1950s.

To show you some Fabbri pasta production secrets, including the importance of keeping the temperature below 38 degrees for production.

A centuries-old collection

Hundreds of objects dating from the 17th century to the early 20th century.

In our museum you will experience a fascinating journey into the everyday life of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twentieth century.

We will be surrounded by a rich collection of tools for wheat processing, pasta production and ethnographic objects: from presses to guitars, scales and vintage sieves.

Our library is made up of rare volumes available to students, professors and other enthusiasts

The library is open to anyone interested in obtaining rare texts. The volumes are classified according to topic and period: pasta factory and vintage machinery industry, scientific literature on wheat, a wide range of books on recipes and many other curiosities.
