For all our pasta, we use organic Italian wheat, grown and milled in Italy, from regions such as Tuscany, Umbria, and Sicily.
In particular, we produce 3 lines of pasta made from ancient grains, including varieties like Cappelli, Timilia, and emmer wheat.

Each line of pasta is marked by a different colored label:
Blue label: semolina pasta made with organic Italian wheat.
Green label: semi-whole (semolato) pasta made with organic ancient Cappelli wheat.
Yellow label: whole wheat pasta made with organic ancient Sicilian Timilia wheat.
Bordeaux label: whole wheat pasta made with organic dicocco spelt.
Orange label: organic egg semolina pasta.
Pasta Storage

Since our pasta is artisanal, we recommend storing it at temperatures below 18°C with a relative humidity of 65% or in the refrigerator to discourage insect proliferation.

Semolina pasta has a shelf life of 30 months, while egg pasta can be stored for 24 months.
Shipping Times and Costs

Orders placed by 12:30 pm are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday.
Delivery times: within Italy, 24-48 hours; for islands, 3-4 days; within Europe, 4-7 days; and to the United States, 3-7 days. -
Certainly. We deliver throughout the EU and offer free shipping for orders over €99. The list of available delivery countries is visible directly during checkout.

In Italy, shipping costs are €6.90, for Sardinia €10.90, and for Sicily €9.90. Shipping is free for orders over €59.
In Europe, shipping costs range from €9 to €33, depending on the weight and destination. Shipping is free for orders over €99.
